Mix gas is a game changer for anything thinner than 12.7mm on a 20k anything thicker most likely going to have to clean parts. But like he said its according to the quality you want at our shop everything has to be burr free. Our 25mm could pass without being cleaned but we strive for perfect parts.

What power level is this machine?

Bummer! I just ordered an Accupress 6' 125 ton because Bystronic didn't have that size and tonnage available a month ago. 😢

Couldn't be happier with our bystronic machines at our factory at Digga Australia. We currently have a 6kw and 10kw fibre laser, 2 brake press and just added a new bystronic tube laser as well and they are going great.
